1. Introduction

Welcome to Campsvilla (www.campsvilla.com). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Campsvilla is a platform that connects travelers ("Guests") with property owners ("Hosts") offering unique outdoor accommodations including camping, glamping, homestays, treehouses, and more.

2. Eligibility

· You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.

· You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

· You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID for verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

· You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

· Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Our Role

Campsvilla is a marketplace that facilitates bookings between Guests and Hosts. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the properties listed on our platform. Hosts are independent third parties responsible for their listings, property conditions, and services.

We are not a party to any agreement between Guests and Hosts. Any disputes regarding property conditions, amenities, or services should be resolved directly between the Guest and Host, with our assistance if needed.

5. Bookings

· All bookings are subject to availability and Host confirmation (unless Instant Booking is enabled).

· By making a booking, you agree to the property's house rules, cancellation policy, and check-in/check-out times.

· Booking confirmations are sent via email. Please verify all details upon receipt.

· Guests must provide accurate information including number of guests, travel dates, and contact details.

6. Payments

· All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

· Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

· We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.

· Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Campsvilla does not store your card details.

7. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

· Provide accurate and up-to-date listing information, photos, and pricing.

· Honor confirmed bookings and provide the property as described.

· Maintain safe and clean accommodations.

· Respond to Guest inquiries in a timely manner.

· Comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

· Treat the property with respect and leave it in the same condition as found.

· Follow the property's house rules and check-in/check-out times.

· Not exceed the maximum guest count specified in the booking.

· Report any damages or issues to the Host immediately.

· Behave responsibly and respect the local community and environment.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by the property's cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, Strict, or Non-Refundable) as displayed on the listing page. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

· Providing false or misleading information

· Fraudulent bookings or payment fraud

· Harassment, abuse, or discrimination against Hosts, Guests, or Campsvilla staff

· Illegal activities on any property booked through Campsvilla

· Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings

· Copying or scraping content from our website

· Circumventing Campsvilla to book directly with Hosts

11. Reviews & Content

· Guests may leave reviews after their stay. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and respectful.

· Campsvilla reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines or contain offensive content.

· By posting content (reviews, photos), you grant Campsvilla a non-exclusive right to use this content for promotional purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Campsvilla, including logos, text, images, and design, is owned by Campsvilla or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Campsvilla acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

· The actions, omissions, or conduct of Hosts or Guests

· Property conditions, safety, or accuracy of listings

· Personal injury, property damage, or theft at any property

· Any disputes between Guests and Hosts

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Campsvilla harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Modifications to Terms

Campsvilla reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Termination

Campsvilla may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that harms our platform, users, or reputation.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.
