Stay Rules

• Check-in/Check-out Times: Follow the designated check-in and check-out times to avoid any inconvenience.
• Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours, typically from 10 PM to 7 AM, to allow everyone to get a good night's sleep.
• No Loud Music After 10 PM: Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM to respect other guests and neighbors.
• Property Boundaries: Stay within the property limits, do not venture out without informing the host.
• Privacy: Respect other guests' privacy by keeping noise levels down.
• Campfire Safety: Follow all campground guidelines for campfires, including only using designated fire pits or grills, and never leaving a fire unattended.
• Emergency Contact: Keep the provided emergency contact information readily available.
• First Aid Kit: First aid kit is available - please inform host of any injuries.
• Water Safety: No swimming without supervision, follow all posted water safety rules.
• Children Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water, fire pits, or other potential hazards.
• Trash and Litter: Keep the property clean and tidy by properly disposing of all trash and litter.
• Pet Policy: Keep pets on a leash and clean up after them.
• Respect Local Culture: Respect local traditions & local culture.
• Conserve Resources: Please conserve water and energy during your stay.
• Parking: Park only in designated areas and observe any parking regulations.
• ID Proof Required: All guests must show a valid photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID). PAN card is not accepted.
• Primary Guest 18+: The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
• Unmarried Couples Welcome: Unmarried couples are welcome with valid photo ID.
• Smoking Area Available: Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or tents. A designated smoking area is available.
• Bonfire Only in Fire Pit: Bonfires are allowed only in the designated fire pit, under staff supervision.
• Bonfire on Request: Bonfire is available on request. Extra charges may apply.
• No Fireworks: Fireworks and crackers are not allowed.
• Treks with Guide Only: Go on treks and hikes only with a guide or after informing the host.
• No River After Dark: Do not enter the river or stream after dark.
• Pet Charges Apply: Extra charges apply for pets.
• Do Not Pluck Flowers or Fruit: Do not pluck flowers or fruit from gardens and orchards.
